Nope sorry thats not the one, This film was on a tape that came stuck to the front of a magazine, the sort you can buy top shelf in the newsagents, it had the usual bored housewifes doing thier strip tease with the hover, but stuck on the end of the tape was this low budget film of above, nothing realy happens, hence why I guess they called the tape 'tease'. As a footnote this was about 10 years ago, so doubt its gioing to surface from the depths of all the other material out there.
