I have tried to log on here for years but multiple email addresses never got approved so a direct message to the Mod worked - just incase there are other people reading this and having similar trouble.

Since being a teen I have admired women in their sexy and smart riding wear and have ridden off and on for the last 20 years - unfortunately most of the women I saw wore crappy short jodhpur boots - Its a country thing

I have noticed that over the decades the fashion has changed - but not for the better

Cream or beige breeches have gone out of fashion in place of bright colours and bling.

Riding boots have also gone downhill

I'm not a fan of zips - everything I have owned with a zip has broken or jammed and narrow ankles alters the proportions and makes your feet look bigger and legs look skinnier and as for all the silly colours, materials and bling - they look very childish in my opinion. Most are also wrinkly (not stiff and shaped) and don't have any shine or polish.

Even the decent rubber riding boots like Aigle and Cottage craft have stopped being made.

I'm also not a fan of the porn films on here as they are just paid to wear them and don't look classy

Its also about the person wearing the outfit that makes it sexy

Welcome to the group. I love leather dressage boots but don't mind zips as long as the boots are shiny black leather, tight fitting and right up to the knee, I'm happy. Would love to see your video clips.

I think that König still make 1 or 2 classic boots without zipper.

I think Petrie still make boots without a zipper and Derby

I got some Petrie Perfect a few years back for a bargain

I'm not really a fan of the square or chisel toe which is now a feature of every leather boot these days - I prefer the almond toe which is a bit sleeker

- ironic that rubber riding boots have an almond toe.
