Nice! But what's the story of the straps?

I think the straps are there to prevent the jodphurs from sliding down when rubbing against the saddle.

But I dont' think that is a huge problem with todays modern stretchy fabrics - but maybe 50-100 years ago :-)

And I think they are supposed to be used with jodphurs - not breeches.

Jophurs are used with short boots - breeches are used with tall boots.

I think that the b"belts" are gartners. For tall boots they are used to keep the shaft at place. For jodphurs the purpose is the same.keeping the pants from rubbing your knees while riding.

I just think they're kinky, LOL
