Riding a horse like that in your underwear could easily cause excessive chaffing of the inner thigh / derriere area.

I think that she would have been far better advised to have actually kept her exquisitely tight fitting riding breeches on.

Not only that but if it isn't a particularly warm day, she may catch a terrible cold as well.
