I'm not really certain Ray, but it looks like the brunette girl sitting on the chair is having her long black rubber riding pulled off.
I just wish that the other two blonde girls in the picture were both each wearing a pair of long black shiny leather riding boots, rather than those black leather jodhpur boots.
May I ask if this still photograph comes from the Russian Institute Lesson 11 (Pony Club) dvd by any chance?

Having studied this photograph a bit more, it would appear that the blonde girl standing in the background is just about to unfasten her exquisitely tight fitting beige jodhpurs.
