.... apparently the manufacturer ATTACHES the taller tops on some existing PVC boots and he says in the ad that they are RUBBER TOPS. Whatever, that works for me and I have emailed the guy with an inquiry. I'll bet the material matches better.... I lightened these shots to show a little detail.
