I am interested in your opinion ... Whether he acted ethically and correctly, I probably would if it Administration Forum. Yes Caldeneboy shouldn't have posted in your thread, but I personally wouldn't call it bullying, if he had been derogatory to you personally or your sexual preferances, or abusive then that could be considered bullying.

I'm hetrosexual, I enjoy seeing pics of women, not all of the posts on the website are to my taste, but hey - theres room for us all here!

Perhaps as this is predominantly a site showing women, anyone posting anything different or "niche" could give us a clue in the title, as you have.

Hold on there, I understand he's upset you, let it end here, otherwise take it up with the administrator, I understand your depth of feeling, but sometimes taking a step back is the best option. It's in no ones interest to have this forum become a tool for personal abuse and arguement.

I am both very surprised and extremely disappointed by Scmidt's totally overreactive and unnecessary comments.

I dare he actually accuse me of being a "homophobic bully", especially when I have only posted pictures of lipstick lesbian girls on his apparently "gay men only thread".

Correct me if I am wrong but I always thought that photographs of lesbian girls could also be regarded as gay as well?

Not only would it appear that Scmidt has absolutely no sense of humour whatsoever, but I also find some of his remarks to be rather misogynistic.

Report me to the Forum Moderator if you want Scmidt, but I will strongly contest any defamatory accusations that may you wish to imply or whinge about.

I also thought that the Ridingboots.net website was a predominately hetrosexual one, unlike other sites such as www.hotboots.com, which apparently caters for homosexual men only.

Perhaps I should start posting photographs of sexy girls attired in riding boots and breeches on that website, but I suspect that it wouldn't even be permitted.

EQL made a very valid point however about us all "getting along altogether" and respecting each others sexual preferences though.

Surely this site is for everyone, male, female, gay? What is the problem with that? Surely its better to have a choice than none at all. For instance, I know I am in the minority here but I couldn't find what I like at hotboots because it is is stylized material for a gay audience. I like genuine shots of real horsey men (with women preferably). Some of the stuff schmidt posts satisfies the lusts of straight women - or should we be banned from here too!

Schmidt should learn to relax a bit, he seems a bit sensitive. Caldeneboy should have apologized for causing offense albeit unintentional instead of getting a bit threatening. Shame I'm the only perfect one here.

I have no problem of male members of this site posting pictures of themselves in their own riding gear, have done so myself, but other than that, have to agree with caldeneboy that really this site is about women in riding gear. If as Scmidt seems to want it to be, them men have their own sites for their own posts of men in riding gear.

It looks like Scmidt has inadvertently commenced a highly controversial arguement which I remain confident that he will undoubtedly loose in the end.

I would also like to use this opportunity and thank both EQL and Andy for their support regarding my stance on this matter.

I have absolutely no intention whatsoever in apologising to Scmidt for apparently acting either unethically or incorrectly.

I am also totally sick and tired of his kind pertpetually whinging and complaining, and then using the "politically correct" card when things don't go their own way.

Andy made a really valid point however, which is on the introductory home page of this website. It clearly states that Ridingboots.net is a website for those who like to see WOMEN dressed in highly erotic equestrian riding apparel.

There are numerous other homosexual websites (eg Booslust.com, Bootsplus.com and Hotboots.com) where gay photographs of men can be posted and enjoyed by those who actually prefer that kind of thing.

What would happen though if I started to post pictures of stunningly attractive girls on the forum page of these type of websites? I suspect that any such photographs would be removed immediately and that I would be banned from making any further posts.

That has now however given me an idea. Perhaps I should undertake such an experiment and post photographs of women on the forum page of these gay websites and then ascertain and monitor exactly what type of reaction that I receive back. (LOL)

In conclusion I don't consider that Betty Ford is perfect either. Just a little bit egotistical and conceited, but also hope that she has a good sense of humor and can take a joke as well.

What are your views on this highly controversial subject? Have I really acted out of order?

Well I personally don't care wethere it's a male or female in riding gear, as I have said in another post I prefer to see them dressed.

Perhaps the post by Caldeneboy was posted to provoke a response, to which it has....abit over the top perhaps.

I can see where Scmidt is coming from....but hey it's only a forum, of a very good website, lets not spoil it.

Basicailly if you don't like pictures of guys or girls in Riding gear....then don't look at em.

Yes fun! That's what it's all about. Shame some of us can't see it like that. I think (and I'm not naming names) that anyone who makes such a big issue out of these things must be still well and truly in the closet. Let anyone post anything they want to on the subject of equestrian clothing and as individuals we can choose what we want to look at.

One of the appealing things about this fetish, to me, is that men and women wear the same thing. They both cross-dress. I don't particularly like the more explicit photos, whether of men or of women - each to their own, but I think it would be a shame if things got too segregated. There is plenty of pressure elsewhere to get people to line up in a certain way. What I like to see is good riders in well-fitting riding clothes, riding well. It's not that I don't notice whether they are men or women, just that it doesn't matter as much as other things in the picture. I've said it before, but I think 'horsiness', either active in riding or from a distance as a spectator, is a sexuality just like being gay or straight.

Note: I'm not caldeneboy (although I am a boy..)
