And I can't wait to order another pair (I've had them through the years) and they are exiting to wear. I also like to wear them under trousers where only I know how tall they are... they keep reminding me.

But I have had several pair like that... through the years. The first were by Dehner but in "Dehcord", then a couple by Der-Dau, then several by Effingham (my favorites. As I gained weight, they became to small for me and Effingham went out of business before they completed my last order. I sold them all via ebay and now sorry I did. My current pair is from Jean Gaborit (Boots for Guys) and I hope to order a pair with a stiffer lining. You can see most of mine on either Hot Boots or on Nice World or Boots under "thigh boots". They are the style worn years ago in Prussia by (naturally) the Prussian Guard. I hope you can find a source for those rubber ones you show in another post.

Those brown boots you posted are featured in "A Nice World of Boots" and I think belong to that webmaster. He and I like exactly the same kinds of boots, it seems.

These are call RICHLAND with their more rigid lining. I would love to see a female model a pair like these in her size!!

Not quite thigh but interesting enough. Kinda like the Le Chameau rubber style but this is leather (that's been nicely broken in! And I would like to have helped)
