pic size

Been looking at the site for six months, It' great, well as a newbe i thought it only fair i gave you all a pic or two, but my pic files are two big can anyone tell me how to make them lower than the 120kb required.

One thing I can suggest is to upload them onto a yahoo group or something simaliar. Then you can just copy & save them, then upolad them onto here. Hope this helps.
