This looks like a fairly old picture taken before the health and safety "Nanny State" took over complete control of all our lives. Hence no obligatatory need to wear a protective riding hat.

By looking at the car in the background I would say either late 1960's or possibly even early 1970's.

I think that she's a real beauty especially with all that lovely long flowing blonde hair.
