You never seem to get women in the UK walking arround the streets dressed in riding boots.
Perhaps i'l have to move to France.
They seem to have a better understanding of us

Not as fashion footwear like it seems to be in France.
Sometimes in the country you come across riders, but they seem to prefer wearing gaitors, and for me they are nowhere near as good as proper riding boots

Hi, I just recently signed up and noticed there is a fellow Torontonian. Although, ridingboots are not in vogue as years gone by but if you go to Yorkville area regurlarly during the winter months you will notice women wearing actual riding boots.

Yorkville is an exlusive area/district in Toronto, all the yuppies in thier Mercedes and BMW's hang out there, super expensive restaurants, bars and shops, must be an eqivelent in London UK so i won't be hanging arround there very long.

In the space of five months (eg. Nov. 06 - March 07), as in example, I must have come across about ten or so females wearing riding boots. The Bloor and Bay street intersection is what I call the "meeting point" because I seem to notice them there. Normally, its women (assuming) between the ages of 40-60 years old but you will see the odd, relatively, younger woman Anyways, take care..
