THEY are fully leather-lined rubber over-the-knee boots by a French company named bottes de cheval and they have a website with lots of photos. You can also have them made in heavy leather by Jean Gaborit. Evidently this style is popular in France and worn by many riders. Those photos were on a website of a super rich person's wedding and it took over an hour to see all the photos.
Too bad that style doesn't catch on in the states. Even the rubber ones are about $700 US $ or more and the leather ones are custom and range from about $700 (Jean Gaborit) to over $1500 or more by a bootmaker named John Lobb. I really like the overknee style and I once had some made by Dehner.
